30-Day Return Policy
I want you to love your jewelry item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the shipping date for exchange or full refund (excludes custom orders and shipping costs). Item must be in its' original packaging and in unused condition.
Once I receive your item, you will be notified of the status of your refund after the item is inspected. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
As is the nature with handmade jewelry, on occasion something attached may come loose or break off. In the event something this occurs within 30 days of purchase, you may return the item for repair.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
